The American Red Cross offers a wide variety of training courses in first aid, CPR, AED, life guarding, swimming, babysitting, care giving, and other areas for both individuals and organizations. We are the most trusted training provider of health and safety training that meets OSHA guidelines and many other professional and regulatory standards. Many self-study classes are available online and you can also register for classroom courses. You can:

Refund Policy: Due to the restriction of class size and cost associated with insufficient course enrollment NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Inclement Weather Policy: When weather is too severe for students and instructors to safely drive to class, we will notify you via a phone call and e-mail at the number and address you provide us.  Also, please listen and watch for information on the local media.  Health & Safety Services follows the Charlotte-Mecklenburg and Iredell-Statesville Schools weather policy.  Therefore, when those schools are closed due to inclement weather, we will not conduct our classes as scheduled.  When a class is canceled by Red Cross we will be happy to reschedule you to another class or you may receive a refund for your class.
