Note: by completing and submitting the online pre-registration form, you are signifying that you have read and understand the following pre-registration rules and regulations:
Pre-payment and Pre-registration are required for all Health Education Courses. Our instructors cannot accept any payment. Pre-registration is required in advance, and can be done by calling 704.347.8214, faxing 704.347.8233, emailing to Hesgcc@usa.redcross.org , in-person or by mail.
Transfer/Cancellation Policy
The ARC reserves the right to cancel a class with less than four students. Transfers will be accepted with five working days' notice. A $3.00 transfer fee must be paid at the time of transfer request.
Late Arrivals
Class begins on time. Late arrivals cannot be admitted into class, and the course fee will not be refunded.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, money orders, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All classes MUST be prepaid. Please make checks payable to the American Red Cross, attention: Health Education Services, P.O. Box 36507, Charlotte, NC 28236. A $20.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Refunds
Course fees are non-refundable unless the American Red Cross cancels the class. Exceptions must be approved by the Health and Safety Manager. In the event a refund is issued, there will be a $10.00 processing fee.
Health Requirements
All participants should be in reasonably good health and able to actively participate. CPR requires strenuous effort; please consult your physician if you have any health problems. You may not be able to participate if you have any infectious disease, cuts, sores or respiratory infection.
